At Sadhguru Catering Services, we are committed to providing fresh, hygienic, and high-quality vegetarian food and professional catering services for weddings, parties, corporate events, religious functions, and other occasions.
Since catering services are prepared and arranged specifically according to each customer’s event requirements, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Catering Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a catering booking by contacting Sadhguru Catering Services as early as possible.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment, after deduction of any applicable expenses or processing charges.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event may result in partial or no refund, depending on the preparations and expenses already incurred.
- Cancellation on the day of the event will generally not be eligible for a refund because food, staff, ingredients, transportation, and other arrangements may already have been prepared.
2. Advance Payment
An advance payment may be required to confirm your catering booking. The advance amount is used to secure the date, staff, ingredients, equipment, and other arrangements for your event.
Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation date and the expenses already incurred by Sadhguru Catering Services.
3. Food & Service Issues
If you experience a genuine issue with the food quality, quantity, or catering service during your event, please inform our team immediately so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, resolve the issue during the event.
Any refund or compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
4. No Return of Prepared Food
Because catering food is prepared specifically for a particular event and quantity, prepared or delivered food cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Changes to Guest Count or Menu
Customers should inform us of any changes to the guest count, menu, venue, timing, or other event requirements as early as possible.
Changes made close to the event date may affect the final price and availability and may not always be possible.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Events Beyond Our Control
Sadhguru Catering Services will not be responsible for delays, cancellation, or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss alternative arrangements with the customer.
8. Policy Changes
Sadhguru Catering Services reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
